Mellow gives professionals a multi-client dashboard and read-only access to only the modules each client authorizes.
Client-controlled access
A parent grants read-only access by module. Private journal entries are visible only when their author explicitly includes them.
Exact export snapshots
Parents select modules and dates. Mellow stores the canonical snapshot used for the PDF, so later activity does not alter an earlier result.
Public fingerprint check
The public verifier recomputes SHA-256 from the stored canonical snapshot and returns only verification metadata—never private record content.
Clear limits
Mellow organizes records and records revision history. It does not determine authenticity, admissibility, evidentiary weight, or legal outcome.
How to check an export
- 1Locate the 64-character manifest fingerprint and verification URL on the PDF.
- 2Open the verification URL. No Mellow account is required.
- 3Confirm that the result, modules, export date, and chain status match the document in hand. The canonical format is publicly documented for independent recomputation.
Important scope
Mellow Family is a software company, not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice. Export verification confirms a matching platform snapshot; it does not by itself establish the truth of a statement, identity of a user, admissibility, or any legal conclusion. Enhanced custodian declarations are not enabled until counsel approves the wording, a named platform custodian is configured, and timestamp-chain handling is verified.
