No card needed for Free. Power Tools is billed monthly in USD to your own account. Cancel from billing settings; access continues through your paid period.
Only completed Coach reviews and readable receipt scans use your allowance. A readable scan counts when suggestions are returned, even if you do not save the expense. Review all suggestions before saving. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC; monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month at midnight UTC. Short-term request limits also apply.

Files can be up to 50 MB each, within your storage allowance. Daily and request limits protect service availability; exports also have record and size limits shown before creation. Both parents must consent to each recording. Call minutes come from the parent who starts the call; the other parent can join free.

Your subscription unlocks paid tools for your account. Your co-parent keeps separate credentials and can use Free or purchase their own plan. Existing shared records are not deleted when one person cancels; that person simply loses new paid-only actions after the paid period ends.
